• Salary expectations (if voluntarily provided)
• Interview notes and hiring feedback

In some cases, we may also collect:

• Assessment results
• Recorded interview notes and transcripts
• Communication history with our recruiting team

We only collect information relevant to evaluating potential employment opportunities and improving our recruitment processes.

2. How we use your information

Your information may be used to:

• Evaluate your profile for current or future opportunities
• Contact you regarding roles that may match your experience
• Communicate updates related to Sellerate careers and recruiting initiatives
• Improve our hiring and candidate experience processes
• Maintain our internal talent database

Joining the Talent Network does not guarantee employment or future contact from Sellerate.

3. Use of AI-enabled systems

Our recruitment process may use AI-enabled systems to help our team review applications and summarize interview notes (for example, organizing interview transcripts into strengths, concerns, and an overall read to support — not replace — human evaluation). When this happens, interview notes or transcripts may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers solely for this purpose.

All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labour laws. Human oversight is maintained at all stages, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Personal data submitted as part of your application is not used to train AI models.

4. Talent Network communications

By submitting your information, you agree that Sellerate may contact you about:

• Future job opportunities
• Recruiting events
• Hiring initiatives
• Career-related updates
• Employer branding and culture content

You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us directly.

5. How we store and protect your data

Sellerate takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Your data may be stored using secure third-party recruiting, HR, communication, or applicant tracking systems used by Sellerate. Access to candidate information is limited to authorized team members involved in recruitment, hiring, or people operations processes.

6. How long we retain your information

If you join our Talent Network but are not hired, we may retain your information for future recruitment purposes for a reasonable period of time, unless you request deletion earlier. If you become a Sellerate employee, certain information collected during the recruitment process may become part of your employee record.

7. Sharing of information

Sellerate does not sell your personal information. Your information may be shared only with:

• Internal hiring managers and interviewers
• People Operations / HR team members
• Recruitment partners or service providers supporting our hiring process
• Technology providers used for recruiting and communication purposes

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or legal process.

8. International candidates

As a remote and globally distributed company, Sellerate may process candidate information across different countries and time zones. By submitting your information, you understand that your data may be accessed by Sellerate team members and partners operating internationally. Sellerate will take reasonable measures to ensure your information remains protected.
